Voucher terms of use :

• Vouchers are valid for first-time guests at Valamar and can be redeemed in all hotels, resorts and campsites.
• Vouchers must be redeemed within 3 months after receipt.
• Vouchers are valid for stays within one year of receipt.
• The minimum booking value vouchers can be used for is €500.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or retroactively applied to a reservation balance.
• If an active reservation is cancelled and a voucher is subsequently generated within 21 days, Valamar reserves the right not to issue the voucher.
